Terms and Conditions

  • Bookings are made on a first come, first-served basis.
  • A non-refundable deposit between £10 and £50 is required for all bookings. Deposits are deducted on the day of your treatment, and the remaining balance can be paid via cash or credit/debit card.
  • If you wish to rearrange an appointment, it must be done at least 48 hours before the original booking date. If less notice is given, your deposit will be lost. Please contact the clinic directly to reschedule.
  • Appointments can only be re-scheduled twice. After the third time, the deposit will be forfeited.
  • Failure to attend your appointment or give the required notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
  • Review appointments must be attended. If you fail to attend, the appointment will be forfeited and no alternative review date will be offered. If you cannot attend, 48 hours’ notice is required. Review appointments must be scheduled no later than 21 days after your original treatment date.
  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being cancelled to avoid overlapping with subsequent clients.
  • Clients must be 18 years or older for injectable treatments.
  • For injectable treatments, please refrain from consuming alcohol 24 hours before your appointment.
  • A patch test many be required for some treatments. Please contact us directly to arrange.
  • Skin treatments cannot be performed on broken or sunburnt skin.
  • If you have any medical conditions that need to be disclosed, please contact us directly before your appointment.
  • If you plan to bring young children, please ensure a supervising adult is with them at all times, as Graceful Glow Aesthetics staff cannot supervise children, and children are not allowed in treatment rooms.
  • Treatment prices: Our listed prices are a guide and are subject to confirmation during your consultation. Prices may vary without prior notice.
  • Advertised offers cannot be combined with other offers. Management reserves the right to refuse any promoted offers for treatments. Any offer codes must be quoted when making the initial appointment.

Recommend a Friend

We appreciate your referrals and reward both you and your friend with our Referral Scheme. This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 and over. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts. Discounts do not apply to gift vouchers or skincare products. To qualify:

  • Your friend must be a new client and must have their first treatment within 6 months of being referred.
  • You will receive 10% off your next treatment once your friend’s first treatment is completed. This discount is valid for 6 months and can only be used for one appointment.
  • There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make. Discounts are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
  • Liability – GRACEFUL GLOW AESTHETICS will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of property), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he or she provide GRACEFUL GLOW AESTHETICS with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. GRACEFUL GLOW AESTHETICS will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details. The client agrees to comply with all instructions and recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, GRACEFUL GLOW AESTHETICS regarding the care of a treated area. Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit GRACEFUL GLOW AESTHETICS liability for death or any personal injury resulting from GRACEFUL GLOW AESTHETICS negligence.
